COOKIES!

So I went grocery shopping yesterday and bought only healthy food and I'm so mad at myself because I want a cookie or some candy or something else equally horrible. But I'm too embarrassed to go to the store and buy just cookies so here I sit, eating my stupid salad. I want to be pregnant again so I can eat cookies and no one will notice...is that bad?

Jace found his tongue about a week ago and its so funny how something so trivial can entertain him for so long. He seems more interested in sticking out his tongue than playing with any toy he has. Funny how things work out that way, huh? As of his Dr appt last Tuesday he was 23" long and weighed 13lb 6oz

Well, I went back to work last week. My Mom babysat for me and got a taste of the stay at home Mom lifestyle, haha! I'll be working Wednesdays through Fridays which doesn't seem like much when you are used to full time but I've been hanging out for a few months so a three day work week seemed soooo long. It was hard to leave the baby and I wanted to drive home at 100 miles an hour each day, but it was nice to have a little adult interaction too.

As an added bonus, I didn't change a poopy diaper almost all week...I guess Jace just felt comfortable around his grandma! He tends to hate picture time and I'm never quick enough to get one of him smiling since he seems to be stingy with the smiles when he sees the camera :-)
